Naturally round and thick strands. Ideal for Bone Straight Double Drawn as it holds weight well and has high elasticity.

Double Drawn strands are heavier. We use a triple-head sewing machine to create a reinforced track that supports the extra weight without shedding.

The “Hackling” Difference

1. Raw Sorting

Hair is collected and sorted. At this stage, it is “Single Drawn” with mixed lengths (only 30% long strands).

2. Manual Hackling (Critical)

Workers pull the hair through a “Hackle” (metal comb) by hand to remove shorter hairs. This is repeated until the bundle reaches the target ratio (70%-90%).

3. Weighing & Wefting

The remaining hair (now mostly long strands) is weighed to exactly 100g and sewn into the track.

How do you verify if a bundle is truly Double Drawn? Don’t rely on the label. Perform these three physical tests immediately upon receiving your sample.

The “Wrist Test”

Hold the bundle upright by the weft. Squeeze slightly. Does the top puff out like a mushroom?
